If pain is limiting how you move, train, or get through your day, it’s time to take a closer look at what’s really going on.
At The Physical Therapy Institute, we don’t just treat symptoms—we identify the root cause. Using detailed movement assessments and gait analysis, we build personalized treatment plans designed to relieve pain, restore function, and help prevent future injuries.
This is physical therapy built around real results—not temporary fixes.
We work with individuals of all activity levels who want to move better and feel stronger. Our team helps treat a wide range of conditions, including back and neck pain, shoulder, hip, and knee injuries, joint pain and stiffness, tendon injuries and inflammation, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and balance or mobility limitations. Whether your pain is something new or something you’ve been dealing with for years, we create a personalized plan that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence.
Your care starts with a thorough evaluation to understand how your body moves and where limitations exist. From there, we build a personalized treatment plan that may include movement analysis, gait assessment, targeted exercise programs, hands-on manual therapy, and focused strength and mobility training. We also prioritize education, giving you the tools you need to prevent future injuries and stay active long-term. Our goal is simple: help you move more efficiently, reduce pain, and build the strength you need to keep doing what you enjoy.
From your first visit to the Market Square Clinic, you’ll notice a more personalized approach. You’ll receive one-on-one care with an experienced physical therapist who looks at the full picture—not just the area of pain. Your plan will include clear goals and a structured path for progress, with ongoing support and adjustments as you improve. You won’t be rushed or passed between providers; every session is designed to help you make meaningful, consistent progress.
