Graeme is the clinic manager for PTI’s White Oak location. Graeme received both his bachelors in exercise science and DPT from the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY in 2019. He treats all ranges of orthopedic conditions but has a special interest in vestibular disorders and concussion management and is an imPACT certified concussion specialist. Additionally he is a certified professional bike fitter and can help with any bike related injuries. In his free time Graeme enjoys mountain biking, hiking and yearly trips out west to snowboard with old friends.

Recipe of the Month: Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh cranberries, or use frozen
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup water
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the cranberries, maple syrup, water, orange zest, and salt. Bring to a simmer, stirring often so that the maple syrup doesn’t burn.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until the cranberries burst and their juices thicken, 15 to 20 minutes, keeping in mind that the sauce will continue to thicken as it cools. Taste and add more sweetener or orange zest, if desired.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
