Everyone was very nice to me and encouraging when I did my stretches. I take what I can learn here, use it before I go on the ice, and also teach my friends the stretches too. I had trouble squatting but now I can deadlift 255 lbs!
I had left knee surgery, I could not bend my knee or put weight on it. After PT, I have full motion in my knee, walking normally with no pain. My leg is strong and stable, I am very happy with the results. Many thanks to Robinson PT.
